All goods supplied by us come with 6 month parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase. In the event of any problems occurring its the buyer’s responsibility to contact the seller within the time frame asap or within 7 days of purchase.

It is the buyers responsibility to return the goods back to us at own cost, on return the item will be assessed to establish whether product is at fault or whether this is due to operator error . Following which a refund will be offered or replacement part given.

Refunds where applicable will be given via BACS transfer , cheque , or via online transfer such as Paypal.

Any new goods returned must be in as new condition with original paperwork invoice receipt. Refunds can not be given for items used and bought in error. The cost of return postage can not be refunded for the returning of a item in these situations.
